This apartment has stunning light and views over Bronte Beach and the Ocean.

Built under the new State Government DBPA for Class 2 buildings, the apartment has been completely gutted and renovated.

The kitchen was relocated from a rear room to the front , and dividing wall blocking the views removed . At a small 60m2 of floor space, the team conceived of this apartment renovation project as” building a boat “. Carefully detailed precision joinery  maximises  every centimeter of  storage space , fitting state of the art appliances and always returning to the amazing views.

The calm, light neutral tones create a backdrop to the everchanging Pacific Ocean.
